To protect sensitive components without adversely affecting acoustic performance, BOPP has developed the diverse AM LR range of products. These meshes have properties allowing them to provide high levels of protection against the ingress of foreign bodies and to offer the perfect aesthetic finish.
Where a barrier between the component and any external enviromental influences is required, without any consequential acoustic loss, BOPP AM LR meshes are your first port of call. A low specific air flow resistance is essential in order to achieve the truest sound reproduction.
At the same time, AM LR meshes protect against particles up to 40 microns and therefore prevent the ingress of liquids. Products can be manufactured meeting a full range of protection requirements, without creating an acoustic barrier. Due to our advanced quality standards and the use of corrosion resistant stainless steel fine wires, we maintain the tightest tolerances in terms of acoustic performance alongside other mesh properties. High levels of stability ensure maximum reduction in buzzing and flapping.
AM meshes are suitable for many different methods of implementation. These may take the shape of flat or 3D formed components or complete assemblies (mesh, enclosures, bonded layers) etc.
