Alongside screen printing as a process, our meshes also play a role in areas where digital and offset printing meet their limits – for example in finishing processes such as relief printing.

BOPP’s experience over decades in screen printing applications pays off for label printing, above all in terms of economy alongside a clean print image. Our screen printing meshes facilitate high speed production runs, which quickly amortise the higher initial costs. Our steel meshes also differentiate themselves in terms of maintenance costs. The wear resistance is significantly greater. Always a win-win for your operating costs!     

In order to simply the futher processing of our rolls of mesh for our customers – for example when nickel plating – we are committed to supplying the longest rolls of mesh possible. 

Because a strong weave is vital in technical screen printing to achieve a clean print image, we also supply our mesh calendered – to precision standards plus or mius 0.001mm.

Our comprehensive portfoloio of screen printing meshes developed in house is particularly suited to the challenges and demands of these applications. We also develop and produce mesh to individual customer requirements.
