Die Polishing

Dies are critical components for wire production. They are the foundation stone for the eventual quality of the wire.

It is essential that we retain total control over the processing of used dies.

Every week, we use between 2300 and 3000 dies. After producing a defined number of kilometres of wire, these have to be polished to the next size diameter. This work is carried out using equipment developed by BOPP, to the highest levels of precision, by specially trained personnel.
