The threaded warp beam is installed onto the weaving machine. Three different weaving machines with differing insertion systems are used to produce the various mesh types. This is a requirement in order for us to produce the entire spectrum of our comprehensive product portfolio under the highest quality conditions. Our weaving machines have almost all been developed in-house.
Not only is our plant and machinery designed specifically for the meshes we produce, but our weaving halls are also equipped differently. We manufacture our wire meshes in fully air conditioned halls. Temperature and humidity are monitored continuously. The weaving hall used to produce our finest meshes is equipped with filters to cleanroom Class 100,000 specifications.
Both weaving halls are built on vibration-free foundation structures. In addition, the entire weaving plant is buillt on a rock surface. Any movement arising from a location with an unstable floor would preclude highly precise weaving processes.
The basic principle of the weaving process dates back hundreds of years. Our highly complex ultrafine meshes represent without doubt the most demanding style of weaving, where we demonstrate the highest levels of specialisation.
Our decades of experience are inherent in our product development and the further development of our plant and machinery; there are only a handful of companies across the globe capable of producing such fine meshes.
BOPP has the expertise, the technology and the skilled personnel to consistently match the highest expectations.
