Commitment to manufacturing in Switzerland

BOPP manufactures in Switzerland. Our weaving plant and in-house wire drawing facility Filinox are located in Wolfhalden on the Appenzell border. Subsequent processing of meshes into semi-finished goods takes place at our Head Office in Zürich.

BOPP is committed to manufacturing in Switzerland and continues to strengthen this commitment. What’s more, contrary to modern beliefs, we do not outsource.

Although manufacturing in Switzerland attracts higher costs, this strategy works well for us, thanks to our motivated and highly committed workforce, combined with a level of automation. Working on this premise, we have always found new ways to increase our production efficiency whilst retaining the same high levels of quality at all times.
