The longevity of our products is a key issue for BOPP. Our services don’t stop at delivery. When wear limits are reached, we offer as an alternative to total replacement the opportunity to pass used filter frames back to us for tensioning using new mesh. This not only saves on costs but also protects the environment.

To refresh the filter frames, we work closely with selected partners , who are committed to the same superior manufacturing standards as ourselves. The filter frames are aspirated, primed and passivated before they come back to us in virtually new condition.

In our professional in-house fabrications divison, we tension the frames using a multi-stage process and new filter meshes, and prepare them for re-installation.
