Filtration

Filtration is the largest application area for our steel meshes. Today’s advanced filter meshes and mesh combinations are the result of intensive research and countless implementations in the most diverse applications. Optimal filtration results must take into account a whole range of different factors.

Filter meshes

BOPP manufactures a comprehensive range of medium, fine and ultrafine filter meshes and stainless steel filters. These are produced in cleanroom and air conditioned situations to the highest reproducible levels of quality using state of the art weaving machines. Sintered products are increasingly specified to meet today’s challenging applications. These call for multiple layers of mesh produced using heat and pressure to form filter laminates.

Screen printing

BOPP SD is the name behind a comprehensive portfolio of stainless steel meshes developed specifically for screen printing applications. Precision wire, much of which is produced by BOPP, is woven on state of the art weaving machines in dust-free, air conditioned halls by experienced weavers to produce premium quality screen printing meshes designed to meet the highest demands in technical screen printing.

  • Roll lengths: 30m as standard, longer rolls available on request
  • Certification: Every roll is delivered complete with a thickness certificate (except BOPP GP meshes)
  • Special meshes: For exceptional challenges, we can produce meshes to individual customer specifications, dependent upon volume.
