Sintered discs

Where single-layer filter discs reach their technical limits, multi-layer sintered discs take over. These are extremely resilient to mechanical and thermal stress. By sintering different meshes together, it is also possible to customise the mesh properties to meet individual requirements. Sintered discs are used particularly frequently in powder processing, but multi-layer discs are also very widespread in process technology, the pharmaceutical industry and mechanical engineering. It is possible to combine up to 1,000 layers of mesh. The dimensions of the sintered discs without weld seam are limited to 1,200 x 1,200 mm.
